HostAgentics Fixed Pricing

Last updated: 2026-08-06

HostAgentics sells managed hosting for n8n, OpenClaw, and Hermes Agent runtimes at **fixed EUR prices**. The price you see is the price you pay: your plan price covers the runtime, its storage, its transfer allowance, backups, updates, monitoring, automatic HTTPS, and a branded domain. There are **no infrastructure overages, ever** — limits are hard caps, not billing meters.

This page is the canonical reference for how fixed pricing works. The live price list is mirrored from `packages/pricing` and Stripe; `docs/pricing.md` shows the plans and included features.

1. Canonical price table (EUR)

| Product | Monthly | Annual |

| --- | --- | --- |

| n8n Cloud | €14.99 (list €19.99) | €149 (list €199) |

| OpenClaw Cloud | €19.99 (list €24.99) | €199 (list €249) |

| Hermes Cloud | €19.99 (list €24.99) | €199 (list €249) |

| Complete (n8n + OpenClaw + Hermes) | €49.99 (list €59.99) | €499 (list €599) |

| Resource Boost (add-on, per runtime) | €9.99 | €99 |

| HostAgentics AI credit top-ups | €10 / €25 / €50 / €100 (one-time) | — |

Included monthly AI credit (not a charge, a grant): €5 for OpenClaw Cloud and Hermes Cloud, €12 shared across the plan's runtimes for Complete. Included credit does not roll over between billing periods. Prepaid top-ups do roll over.

Annual plans bill once per year and cost approximately two months less than paying monthly.

2. What "fixed price" means

  • Your plan price is the **only** recurring charge. There is no line item for compute hours, storage growth, transfer, backup volume, or support.
  • Resource limits are hard limits enforced by the platform (see `docs/resource-limits.md`). Using more than the limit is **not billable** — it is blocked or rate-limited, with data preserved.
  • There is no automatic overage charge, no surprise invoice, and no meter-based component in any plan.
  • The only additional purchases are optional: Resource Boost (attached to one explicit runtime) and prepaid AI credit top-ups. Both are fixed, published amounts.
  • 3. Limits per plan (hard limits, not meters)

    | Resource | n8n Cloud | OpenClaw / Hermes Cloud | With Resource Boost |

    | --- | --- | --- | --- |

    | vCPU | 2 (hard limit) | 2 (hard limit) | 4 (hard limit) |

    | RAM | 4 GB (hard limit) | 4 GB (hard limit) | 8 GB (hard limit) |

    | Persistent storage | 40 GB | 40 GB | 80 GB |

    | Monthly outbound transfer | 250 GB | 250 GB | 500 GB |

    | Concurrent workflow executions (n8n) | 5 | — | 10 |

    | Concurrently active agent tasks (OpenClaw/Hermes) | — | 2 | 4 |

    | Concurrent managed browser sessions (OpenClaw/Hermes) | — | 1 | 2 |

    | Backup retention | 7 days | 7 days | 14 days |

    | Log retention | 7 days | 7 days | 30 days |

Complete applies per-runtime limits individually: each of its three runtimes gets its own storage, credentials, and compute limits; compute is never pooled in a way that lets one runtime starve the others.

    4. Resource Boost

Resource Boost (€9.99/month or €99/year) is attached to **one explicit runtime** you choose. It doubles compute and storage capacity, raises the transfer allowance, extends backup retention to 14 days and log retention to 30 days, and raises concurrency limits (see table above). One Boost affects exactly one runtime; a plan with three runtimes can carry up to three Boosts, each attributed to its own runtime. Boost billing appears as a separate subscription item; it is still fixed price — no metering.

    5. Transfer and storage warnings

Usage is measured continuously and compared against your plan's storage and monthly outbound transfer allowances. Warnings are sent at **70%, 85%, 95%, and 100%** of each allowance (dashboard notifications and email). The warnings tell you how close you are to the cap so you can free space, reduce transfer, or upgrade before you hit it.

    6. What happens at 100%

At 100% of storage or monthly outbound transfer:

  • **Your data is preserved.** Nothing is deleted, evicted, or truncated to make room.
  • **New work is paused.** New workflow executions, agent tasks, and outbound transfer are blocked or rate-limited until usage drops below the cap or the allowance resets (transfer resets monthly; storage requires freeing space or upgrading).
  • **An upgrade is offered.** Resource Boost or a higher plan is suggested in the dashboard — this is an offer, not a forced change.
  • **You are never billed.** Exceeding a limit never produces a charge. There is no overage pricing and no automatic downgrade of your data.
  • 7. Sources and limitations

  • Prices and limits on this page are the canonical records mirrored from the platform's pricing configuration (`packages/pricing`) and Stripe; UI surfaces must read from the API, never hardcode.
  • Currency: EUR is the initial canonical billing currency. VAT or other sales tax may be added at checkout where applicable (see `docs/billing.md`).
  • This page describes the product as of 2026-08-06. Plan details may be updated; where a number is not yet determined it is marked "to be published" — nothing here is speculative.
  • Fixed pricing covers the platform's hosting, storage, transfer, backups, updates, and monitoring. Model API usage beyond included credit is billed separately only when you choose to use HostAgentics-provided model access (prepaid credit) — see `docs/ai-credit-system.md`.
