HostAgentics is a managed hosting and orchestration platform for AI runtime

software, operated by prlventures inc. (Dover, Delaware). Customers deploy

self-hosted automation and AI-agent software — n8n, OpenClaw, and Hermes

Agent — without managing any infrastructure themselves. We provide the fully

managed runtime (compute, storage, HTTPS domain, backups, updates,

monitoring, and security) for a fixed monthly or annual price. Billing is

done via subscription (Stripe Checkout) and one-time AI-credit top-ups.

Target customers are small and medium businesses, solo developers, and

agencies that use workflow automation and autonomous AI agents.

    dedicated PostgreSQL database, webhooks on the customer's branded domain,

    up to 5 concurrent workflow executions.

    2. **OpenClaw Cloud** — a private, always-on AI assistant runtime (messaging,

    tools, browsing, everyday tasks) with persistent storage, up to 2

    concurrent agent tasks and 1 managed browser session, €5 monthly

    HostAgentics AI credit included.

    3. **Hermes Cloud** — a persistent autonomous agent (skills, memories,

    profiles, cron jobs, gateway access) with €5 monthly HostAgentics AI

    in a single connected platform, separate storage/credentials/compute per

    5. **Resource Boost add-on** — attaches to one explicit runtime: 2 vCPU,

    4 GB RAM, 40 GB storage, 250 GB monthly transfer, 30-day log retention,

    14-day backup retention, higher concurrency limits.

    6. **HostAgentics AI credit top-ups** — one-time purchases of €10 / €25 /

    €50 / €100 of AI inference credit (used by the OpenClaw and Hermes

    runtimes when the monthly included credit is exhausted). Unused credit

    does not expire; when credit runs out, new AI requests pause rather than

    generating overage charges.

    How billing works

  • Subscriptions (Stripe Checkout, monthly or annual) — auto-renewing;

    • customers can cancel from the customer portal; service continues until the

    end of the paid period.

  • One-time AI credit top-ups via Stripe Checkout (payment mode).
  • Prices are displayed in EUR before VAT; where tax applies it is calculated

    • at checkout by the payment provider.

  • Hard plan limits, no infrastructure overages ever — customers are never

    • billed for overages, only for the fixed plan price and explicit top-ups.

  • Stripe (primary): subscription + one-time payments, webhooks, customer

    • portal.

  • PayPal (secondary): one-time payment for the plan term or top-up

    • (activated immediately on capture).
